Try to pick one or two or perhaps even three from the following list and then try to do it or them for one day. If you like, you could cut them out and place them in a bowl. Pick one or two or whatever amount you are inclined and feel to. Know that you are being guided in the correct choices. Try to do them for a day. Or print them out and let your finger run down the list. With your eyes closed or open, stop upon the correct one(s) for you for the day. Or be led to the number(s). Feel them and then do them for the day. Could even place the numbers in a bowl and pick out what you are guided. Then look at the list for the practice. Try to do them for a day. Or - find another way that you feel fits you better.
When waking in the morning for a few minutes place your attention on The Highest, The Real, your Beloved Ideal, and breathe in and out all the peace you are able to. Extend this as far as you are able.
Before getting out of bed, accept that peace will come through you all day, wherever you go and whatever you do.
When you get out of bed feel the breath of peace radiating into the world.
Feel peace through you hands and feet.
When you eat, pause and connect to the source of all peace. Let it come through you for a breath or two and fill the room you are in.
When you ride in a car or bus or train, for a few steps before entering and after leaving, feel the breath of love/peace/and healing permeating through you.
When you turn a key, pause and feel peace, love, healing and happiness coming through you and your hand. Remember, for a breath or two, the key to global peace and healing comes through each person.
When you open or close a door, feel the peace remain in it.
When stopped at a red light in a vehicle, feel the peace/love/light/healing breath extending to all you see.
During the day, for one second, or 5 seconds, or 10 seconds, or more, let light come through you as you focus upon an area in the world as much as you are able.

When viewing the television and seeing something of discord, place your heart and attention upon this and feel peace, love, and healing flowing to, pervading, and healing it.

When you leave your car or bus or train and walk to a store, follow your breath to The Highest and let peace and love come through you.
Set your alarm to ring once an hour - or whatever will work for you. On that sound pause and breathe in and out, love, peace, and joy. Try 3 breaths each. Then repeat this at the next hour or time.
When leaving a store and walking to your car or bus or train let your breath reach the highest of peace and love. Follow it into the earth through your feet.
Wherever you walk, take at least one step with consciousness on the Highest Peace. Feel it transfer itself into the world. In this manner, leave "patches" or trails of peace where you have been.

When at a cash register, say a kind word to the checkout person or clerk.
When mailing a letter, feel love, peace, and light infusing it. Let these be carried along with it, knowing that their effect will be present, for it is.
Let your breath and heart extend to all within your sphere. Try is at work, in a library, at a concert, or in a bus. Try one breath or many, with love and peace throughout.
Sit with your heart breathing Toward the One. Walk around the block or to the store or to a landmark and back. Keep in this heart breath.

Step into a quiet pool or rest in the sunlight. Feel the peace grow. Remember the breath of that can carry it. Retrieve it in a stressful situation.
When it is chilly, sit in a car that is in the sun, or in the sun in a protected place. Remember the feeling when you walk away. Carry it where and when it is needed.
Seek to be a peacemaker - to be of peace. Look for a healing opportunity as you live in the day.
Each breath you breathe, for one or a few minutes, be attentive. Feel peace and healing pervade.
Focus upon the positive when you are negative.
Feel the healing when you are not well.
Seek harmony where there is discord.
Let breath permeate to the core and clean, conveying peace and joy.
Where there is suffering, help to satisfy ease. Breathe love and peace and joy.

Where help is needed, act correctly. Breathe love and peace and joy.
Where the environment suffers, conserve. Breathe love and peace and joy.
Where others need, do not waste. Breathe love and peace and joy.
When someone errs, if it is appropriate, kindly and considerately point him toward the correction.
When someone is sad, commiserate silently. Let the breath of love and joy life her.
When someone forgets, remind him gently.
When someone sees only a part, be an instrument in showing more.
When someone is anxious, be relaxed.
When one speaks poorly of another, point out a good quality of that person.
When someone gossips about another, do not take part. Let your conversation go to positive and concrete action.
Support one who is trying to better himself.
Help another only when it appropriate to do so. Look for and seek that appropriate action.
When one needs to be alone, do not intrude. Give her the opportunity.
Seek guidance to do what is needed when it is needed.
Look for the appropriateness and correctness of a situation, paying attention to time, persons, and conditions.
Act as you know to do, and as you are led. Depend upon The One for support and strength.
When retiring, place your attention, breath, and heart upon The Highest, The Only, That Which Is, The Real and True. Place yourself in service and become/breathe peace, love, and healing to as broad an area or sphere as you are able. Concentrate and focus first upon any that especially come to mind, your awareness. Let this continue as your sleep.
