15 Daily Meditations



1. Balancing the Breath

This practice is the Balance of the breath. Breathe in and out so the length and strength are equal. In the course of doing this, you may be able to hear your heart beat, and if so attune to it. Extend your breath so it corresponds with 4 beats in, and 4 out. Then try 6 beats in, and 6 out. And then 8 in and 8 out if you can.

Breathe easily and relaxed. Practice breathing from the belly rather than the chest. There is an article on web site concerning belly breathing. Do a total of 100 breaths in this manner; 50 in, 50 out. Then refine your breath and do another 100; 50 in, 50 out.

2. Extending the Breath: strongly

Extending the breath - Let breath extend through your being as much as you can. Let it go in and out through your forms. Breathe outward in, and then inward out. Strengthen you breath in intensity so you can feel expansion and contraction. Identify with the breath. Feel yourself being breathed. This is done in and out strongly. Do 100 breaths in and out.

3. Extending the Breath: refined

Refining your breath. Repeat everything from the previous exercise on a refined breath.

4. Turning of the Breath: refined

Feel your breath quiet even more - more than when you refined it for the previous practice. Feel it turn from in to out, and out to in. Here breathe so quietly you know only that it turns. Attempt to do it so easily and quietly that you don't even feel it flow through the nostrils. Seek to do it so even if you would hold a feather under your nose it would not move. 100 in and out.

5. Blending and Expressing Breath

Feel an opening at the top of the head, bottom of the feet, and at the base of the spine. Breathe up and down at the same time. That is, breathe up through the feet and the base of the spine, and down through the head at the same time. Feel the magnetism of the Earth rise up through the feet, and rise up to the heart. Feel the energy of the Spirit descend through the head. Feel that center opening and the breath coming down to the heart. They come both go up or down to the heart on the in breath. They blend. And they express on the out breath with a cleansing light through all your bodies. 100 breaths.

6. Body of Light - expressing

Feel your body as light. Let light flow through your body expressing to all the worlds. Connect to the infinite light that exists. On the inbreath it flows to your bodies and then expresses with the outbreath. Actually feel it coming through. You are the vehicle for the expression of the light/love breath of your beloved.

7. Expressing Life/Breath through eyes.

Let your eyes become the focus of your breath. This practice is done with your eyes open. Let your breath flow through the eyes to an object. Let it flow through the eyes to heal the world. On each in breath and out breath it flows a little bit more, a little bit stronger, you can actually feel, sense that current of breath flowing to the object and flowing to the world. Feel the breath healing all the world, expressing to all the world. You can also direct your breath and the light through it from one object to another. Feel it, sense it - cleaning, clearing, healing through you. Let the energy increase. 50 to 100 times doing this breath.

8. Expressing Life/Breath through the hands.

Let the breath flow through your hands and fingers. Let it radiate out through the palms and fingertips getting stronger on each breath. Here you become the channel more and more through which it can flow. You again feel tingling energy coming through. You may also feel the energy moving up the spine. And also coming down through the head. You attempt to become a clear instrument through which the breath flows. The focus is on letting it radiate out through the fingertips and palms of the hands.

9. Focusing Breath/Light in the body.

Focus your breath/light on various parts of your body. Breathe in and breathe out. Let the breath flow to a particular part of the body. You are focusing your breath. It can be done with the eyes open or closed, but probably easier done with the eyes closed, unless you are looking at an external part of the body such as a foot, arm, leg etc. Also, visualize some of your internal organs. Let breath/light flow to the particular part of the body. Feel it light up. Feel it tingling, energizing. Let healing come to this part of the body. At least 100 breaths. Try at least 10 breaths in and out to each organ or part of your body. Here is some of the application of your work with overlays and diagrams of the body.

10. Candle concentration

Get a candle. Place it two to three feet from you on a stand or table. Your back should be straight, you should be in a meditative posture. This should be done in a room without a lot of currents, so the flame is not moving very much at all. Let energy/breath flow through the eyes. Feel the flame using your will power and intention. Let energy feed into the entire flame. Place your attention above the candle flame. Let the flame grow to the spot you place your attention on. Next, place your attention lower into the flame itself. Here you feel the same thing happening, the flame reduces in size and lowers to the spot you have your attention on. Relax, let the flame resume its natural state. Then, place your attention to the right, see it bend to the right. Place your attention to the left, see the flame bend to the left. This will take a little bit of practice, but you can certainly do it. Spend about 10 minutes or a little more doing this.

11. Radiating Healing

Let your cells become healing centers. Feel light/love/breath flow through each cell and increase until you radiate life healing energy. All of the practices dealing with the organs and cells of the body can be enhanced by referencing pictures or overlays of the anatomy of the human body.

12. Sound and body concentration

Sound a tone, any tone, and see where there is a corresponding resonance in an organ. If you do not feel a resonance in an organ change the tone slightly until you do feel a resonance. Then place your attention on various organs or structures of the body one at a time. See what tone feels/vibrates there, healing and cleaning.

13. Color and Body concentration

This is a very similar practice to number 12, but here you will use a color instead of a tone. Put your attention on an organ or structure of the body. Get a sense of a corresponding color that heals/strengthens that particular organ.

14. Sound, color and body concentration

Combine numbers 12 and 13 into one practice. Combine the tone and color that resonates with a particular organ or structure of the body. You become the instrument through which the focus of love/light breath comes, and it resonates as you put your attention on a particular organ. When you place the tone and color on an organ love/light breath flows and heals that particular organ.

15. Heart as the Healer

Let the heart become the healer of life itself. Here you let love/light/breath flow through the heart center to all the world. In the course of doing this you can place your attention on a particular person if one comes to mind through service. This must be an appropriate person of need; and further, you must feel that you are guided to him or her and that it is appropriate for you to act. You become the instrument/intermediary through which love/light breath can act. It does not matter if you know the person. Either way, with a person or not, Let the blessings of the only healer your beloved ideal flow through your heart.
