Clarifying approach and intention

It is more important to get the feel and experience of the REALNESS that the word or sound points toward than expressing it any number of times. There is no magic in saying something a certain number. 101 is not better than 1 or 7, or 26. It is only a guide as to how much attention and repetition may be of general use. When a prescription is not made to a specific person it is only a guide. Therefore use your intuition, guidance, feeling to discern when you are done.

The intention is to use the sound as a series of steps, a ladder, to move from conception to experience. You therefore leave each rung to reach higher. In the course of this you attune to that which is the realness that the sound points toward. Use your heart and breath and feeling to guide you in this refinement until you can rest in it and experience that reality in quietness. No number of times is needed for this. You are able to catch it in one breath. But use the guide of the numbers as indicators.
